Every year I get it into my head to do some elaborate halloween costume.  This usually involves some novel medium I have not yet worked in,  or hazardous chemicals, or both.  Every year, the universe conspires against me(or me against myself) and I end up working on everything at the 11th hour.   With the holiday fast approaching,  I finally got something together Saturday night and cut, baked and patched the thermoplastic for my helmet.  Now I have 4 nights to get the rest of the plastic cut and molded to my body and to paint everything.  Onward to victory!
