This past weekend I took part is a local crafts and comic con. I participated last year, and didn't do that well. My standard knitting fare just didn't fit with this crowd. So I learned and adapted and this year came up with one item that I hoped would be a hit.

I knit 14 skull and cross bone hats in the past 2 months. I know for certian that's a record for me. I basically set myself a goal to have 10 to bring with me to the fair. The happy problem I kept having was that people would see me making them and buy them right off the needles. A sale is a sale, so I kept knitting.

For the most part, it wasn't until the last hat that I realized, I was so very done with making these. But throughout the process that change in color was enough to keep me interested.

I want to thank everyone who supported and and hand made crafts. Now to think of something new for next year!
